-CIP for easy cleaning of food chamber
-Food chamber includes special designed rotary tunnel drum
-Body, cover, tunnel drum are stainless steel 304

*Temperature 140-160deg C

It is suitable for roasting the coated peanuts,coated sunflower seed,salted peanuts and other coated & non-coated nuts.
Automatic Coating Machine with Rotary Tunnel Roaster
Process
1. The Automatic Coating Machine coats the peanuts with syrup and flour mix.
2. Fines are removed using the sifting machine. Sifted peanuts are stored in a hopper.A vibrating feeder will feed peanuts from the hopper into the Rotary Tunnel Roaster.
3. The roaster will roast the coated peanuts.
4. After roasted coated peanuts exist from the roaster, oil spray and then send to seasoning.
