Fried Coated Peanuts Processing Line (Coat, Sift, Fry, Cool, Seasoning)
Coated
before frying
After frying
1.The Automatic Coating Machine coats the peanuts with syrup and flour mix.
2.Fines are removed using the sifting machine. Sifted peanuts are stored in a hopper.
A vibrating feeder will feed peanuts from the hopper into the frying pan.
3.The frying system will fry the peanuts. The system includes a frying pan, heat exchanger,
burner, online oil filter and oil storage tank.
4.After peanuts exist from the frying pan, excess surface oil will be blown off as they are on the
de-oil conveyor.
5.The peanuts are then sent for seasoning.
The Automatic Coating Machine has the following different models catering to different capacity requirement:
Model | Capacity | Feature | Power | Dimension (mm) |
ACM200 | 120-200kg/h | Single coating pan | 8.21KW | 2000 x 2000 x 2500 |
ACM300 | 220-300kg/h | Single enlarged coating pan | 8.21KW | 2000 x 2000 x 2500 |
ACM600 | 500-600kg/h | Double enlarged coating pan | 16KW | 2400 x 2000 x 3500 |
• Non-direct heating reduces oil rancidity
• Heat exchanger used to maintain desired cooking oil temperature
• Low oil volume and rapid oil turnover assure fresh product with along shelf life. Optimal oil level is automatically maintained
• Circulating oil keeps fines in suspension for efficient removal. 100%of the system oil volume passes through a filter to remove product particles for the highest oil and product quality.
• No oil discard required if run continuously
• Central control panel to manage process parameters
• Manufactured using high quality stainless steel (304)
